Everyday thinking is that because something has worked in the past, it will continue to work in the future. In reality, businesses thrive because they innovate. Innovation is a priority for them. Yes, you will need to take risks that come with innovation, but the rewards from innovation are exponential. Another major attraction of innovative companies is the power to entice a talented group of people.
 
The book is easy to read, therefore appeals to a wider audience. The material is presented in a manner of discussion and use of examples. Each chapter ends with a list of questions and thus enables key takeaways from each lesson.
 
The structure for all lessons starts in the beginning with the Innovation Wheel, subsequent chapters/lessons are based on it. It is not hard to apply lessons learned to any size business.
