The catchy title and a quick flip through the pages at the library made me borrow this book. This was my first diet book.
The book is easy to read and the content is presented clearly. Overall, the author is suggesting specific food to consume and eating habits. For me, it was easy to adapt to suggested foods and behavior. I found the diet plans were convenient and practical. The program is divided into three categories. Pretty much immediately, the reader will find out which category he or she belongs to. She lists a variety of recipes and that makes all food so much pleasurable and enjoyable. I did lose 7 pounds in my first 7 days and was honestly surprised. Because I thought had hit a weight plateau.
