To paraphrase Lori’s purpose; Like everyone else, we want to make money. We want to earn it by doing something that we love and that we can call our own. Ultimately, our lives whittle down to the essentials - family, food, and sleep. So, let's make sure that every hour of effort we put in will come directly back to us and to the people we love!

This is an easy read book. You should be able to finish the book in one sitting. It has good advice (of course they come from her experience). The material is good for the entrepreneurs to get thinking in the right direction. Generally, in the beginning, the entrepreneurs mind is drawn in many directions. The material in her book will help you to get organized and get your venture started in the right direction.

All issues are spoken in general; from the prototype to the pitch to establishing a successful business. It has a lot of information that you can find on the internet. But having all that general information in one place (her book) and comes from a person we can trust (Lori) makes reading this book worthwhile.

The content doesn’t have much nitty gritty details on; building and growing businesses, building relationships, pitching products, securing funding…but for the starting business person, this book is a good read.
