“Connection, Connection, Connection.  I took a test some sort of like Myers-Briggs or personality test and it came back to say that I was a connector. People like to work with people that they can connect with. Most people don’t leave their jobs because of their pay, but because they are unable to connect with the management. Like Steven Covey said, try to understand another person's agenda before you given them your agenda.
